The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure an optimal customer satisfaction and a minimum of production costs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Contribute to production planning, budgeting and targets
- Follow-up technical issues
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Implement GMP, HACCP/TACCP/VACCP, BRC and 5S
- Organization of 5 shifts (3 week shifts and 2 weekend shifts)
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of production experience
- Strong people manager
- familiar with digitalization projects
- experience with UHT is a plus
