Business Unit Manager
Voor een ambitieuze groep, tevens Belgisch marktleider in gevelbouw en lichtreclame zijn we op zoek naar een business unit manager (BUM). In deze senior management rol heb je P&L verantwoordelijkheid en zal je voornamelijk operationele en technische ondersteuning bieden voor de lopende en toekomstige projecten. Je komt terecht in een groep van 150 medewerkers waarvan 1/3 zich in de vestiging regio Lummen bevindt.
Functiebeschrijving
- Je draagt P&L verantwoordelijkheid over een groep van circa 50 medewerkers.
- Samen met je team (sales, voorbereiding en uitvoering), sta je als BU Manager in voor de instroom, coördinatie en de realisatie van projecten.
- Tevens sta je in voor de verdere uitbouw, groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie, voornamelijk op technisch en operationeel vlak. Dit houdt ondere andere in het verhogen van de rendabiliteit en het beheren en het optimaliseren van het proces.
- Je denkt actief na over optimalisaties en doet verbetervoorstellen over de gehele project cyclus.
- Als BUM sta je in voor de organistatie, stel je prioriteiten en werk je oplossingsgericht.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en de CEO.
Profiel
- Je bent vertrouwd met het werken in een project omgeving en hebt een uitgesproken leidinggevende ervaring.
- Je bent een geboren people manager en organisator.
- Je hebt een breed interesse- en ervaringsveld met een sterk technisch- operationeel inzicht en affiniteit. Kennis van materialen, calculatie, sterkteberekening en technische tekeningen is een meerwaarde.
- Je werkt professioneel en toont voldoende flexibel om in een KMO succesvol te zijn.
- Ervaring in de bouw, metaalconstructie, machinebouw of gelijkwaardig is een plus.
Production Manager
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure an optimal customer satisfaction and a minimum of production costs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Contribute to production planning, budgeting and targets
- Follow-up technical issues
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Implement GMP, HACCP/TACCP/VACCP, BRC and 5S
- Organization of 5 shifts (3 week shifts and 2 weekend shifts)
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of production experience
- Strong people manager

Senior Process Engineer
Melior is exclusively partnering with Pryme – Cleantech in their search for a Senior Technology Engineer.
The company

Today, Pryme is looking for a senior technology engineer who will be a core member of the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

Main responsibilities of the role
- As chemical engineer you are the process expert in the area of chemical recycling in order to further develop the Pryme technology.
- You will support the roll-out strategy by taking the lead in several engineering projects.
- In collaboration with the R&D department you will develop new technologies and validate these technologies in the pilot plant in Ghent and the Rotterdam plant.
- You will complete process-technical studies (basic and FEED) in-depth for the upcoming plants.
- As technical engineer you will be responsible for process safety.
- You provide process-technical support to operations, optimize the existing processes and design MOC projects.
The profile we are looking for
- Technical master degree, preferably in chemical engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience within a (petro-)chemical context.
- Knowledge of downstream (petro-)chemical processes is desired.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Previous experience with investment projects is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to deal with a variety of multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Driven by technology with a pragmatic approach, being able to convert thinking into tangible results.
- Impeccable problem solving skills and ability to think out of the box.
